I was using another brand was my son recommended I try Oikos. That was about a year ago and still love it. I run frequently and need the higher protein, but hate eating stuff that doesn't taste good. this yogurt not only taste great, but it's high in protein and doesn't add extra sugars. I stir blueberries into mine every day.

Love this yogurt! Abd perfect because ut doesn't have any added sugars. I am a repeat customer. Full of fiber and great for gut health. The only thing that could improve this yogurt is by adding some flavor variety. Other than that a perfect low carb snack!

These are like non negotiable for me! I eat them everyday and love how satisfied I feel after eating it. The vanilla is great with a little granola, or peanuts or even blueberries! It makes a great parfait and is even great in a smoothie. I would definitely buy this again!

I love the flavor of this yogurt! Sometimes when you see no sugar it means the food will not be sweet, but that was not the case here! Rich flavor, perfectly creamy consistency, and the best part of all is it's pretty low in calories so you can eat it without feeling bad.

This is the only Low sugar flavored greek yogurt that doesn't use artificial sweetners OR gums, they do use tapioca starch but that doesn't personally bother me. As someone with some digestive issues, I actually like the removed fiber, it's not natural and if you're worried throw some flax seeds or oat bran on top. It tastes really good and clean and has a good texture and mouthfeel, with a good balance of tang, sweetness and vanilla.

It's so hard to find a healthy yogurt. So many “health” foods are packed with sugar, but Oikos Triple Zero is the exception. Not only is it low sugar, it also has tons of protein to keep you full for a long time! It's delicious and does not taste like a diet food. Oikos Triple Zero for the win!!!

I have been eating yogurt for several years for health reasons but it was full-fat yogurt. I began a low-calorie diet plan a few months ago and knew I needed to change from full-fat to low- or no-fat yogurt. I discovered Oikos Triple Zero yogurt and gave it a try. It took me a couple of days to get used to the texture but now I love it. 90-100 calories plus 15 grams protein is perfect for me.
