It also had just the right sweetness level for my taste and wasn't overwhelming like some brands I've tried. The vanilla flavor wasn't my favorite, but I've tried other flavors that I really liked. I have been eating Oikos Triple Zero for breakfast for over 3 years. Love it! My husband, who has been eating Yoplait, was looking for a new yogurt with less added sugar. I showed him the nutritional content on my carton of Oikos and was shocked to see that there is no longer any fiber content! What? What caused the change? I consider that a negative. Is there an explanation?

My wife, who is the yogurt eater in our family, was also not fond of the taste. Maybe I will try a different flavor so I can enjoy the benefits of what would be a healthy snack.

I love that it is non-GMO, has a very clean ingredient list and no fat whatsoever. I love that it has nothing artificial. They have done a great job making it taste sweet even though it only has 5 grams of sugar and no added sugar. I do like Greek yogurt best since this style is richer than the pudding type of yogurt.

Delicious! This is my favorite yogurt. My kids love it too! 0 added sugars, 0 artificial sweeteners and 0% fat. Not only does it taste good but it is also healthy. We love to top ours off with a spoon of granola. The portion is also decent for a snack and will fill you up.
