I’m still having issues with certain solid foods so sticking with soft foods has been helpful in getting my proteins in. The yogurt is delicious and I can eat it without having to worry about spiking my sugar levels with more complex yogurts on the shelves.

I really like the vanilla and the strawberry ones. This is a very tart so I do like to add some fruit when I am eating them alone. They are also on the thicker side when it comes to Greek Yogurt. They can be used in so many different ways: alone, with fruit or granola, with oats, in smoothies, and more. You cannot beat the added protein on these and it is a reason I will grab for them again and again.

This has just enough sweetness and a great strawberry flavor. I love to eat this in the morning. It’s a healthy alternative for breakfast, snacks, or lunch!

ive been buying Oikos triple zero yogurt for years and recently noticed they dont specify in their ingredients list if they use red dye #40. ive researched this and keep getting different answers whether they use red dye #40 or natural coloring from fruit and veggies.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Generally I really like Oikos yogurt. If I eat yogurt, I always eat Greek and usually strawberry. When I saw a low fat, no sugar option, I was very excited. However this yogurt was not it. If I did a blind tasting, I couldn’t have told you that the flavor was strawberry. Luckily it didn’t have a synthetic sweetener taste but it was also very bland. Despite being 0% fat, it still had the consistency of Greek yogurt and it did keep me full the remainder of the day. (I ate this as a snack during lunch) I probably wouldn’t purchase this variety of yogurt again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tasted actually really good to my surprise. I don’t usually ever get zero anything because I like sugar but this was surprisingly tasty. I ended up buying a couple more because my kids started asking for some, I guess this is now the new go to snack in the house which is perfectly fine with me since it’s definitely a healthier alternative to other things. I love the flavor choices, and oikos has always been in my fridge… this is just an upgrade for my family.
