I had been buying a different yogurt (not greek) thinking I was doing something good. Then I started comparing nutrition stats. WHOA...not such a good thing after all. Played with a couple different yogutrs until I found this one. Good for me, fills me up AND tastes delicious.

Eating one of these actually fills me up which makes it great for breakfast, lunch or just a quick snack on the go. The strawberry flavor is definitely my favorite but I really like the vanilla too. I love that I have finally found something that tastes good, is filling and is actually good for me!

I am not a yogurt fan but these are so good. It is like eating a bowl of frizen yogurt. I love the thick consistency of it. Plus it is way better than all of the other brands that have so much added sugars. Love this yogurt and highly recommend this product to others.
