[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried Oikos Triple Zero yogurt for the first time. I am a fan of Greek yogurt and eat it a couple of times a week with breakfast or for a snack. I have tried many different brands before trying this. I purchased strawberry flavor at my local grocery store. I bought it in a four pack which was economical. It was creamy and had a mild strawberry taste. Although it did not contain added sugars, it had the same flavor to me as yogurts that are artificially sweetened. That is probably because one of the ingredients is stevia leaf extract which is extremely sweet tasting. Consistency and portion size were good. This Triple Zero strawberry yogurt has 15 grams of protein, 0 added sugar, 0 artificial sweeteners and 0% fat per 5.3 oz cup. Even with all the zeros it is not a low calorie food. It contains 100 calories per cup. It does contain the 3 grams of fiber which is good. Also, it contains 10% of daily recommended vitamin D and Calcium and 4% of your required potassium. It is Non GMO verified. I think it is a healthy option. It is a good source of protein containing 20 grams per yogurt cup. Even with all the positives, I felt it was not the best tasting strawberry greek yogurt around.

Ingrediants are everything to me and the fact they use stevia as their sweetener is great. No fat no added sugar and the taste is an amazing vanilla. Eat healthy and tasty with this yogurt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has a really smooth and creamy taste to it. I love having the added protein as a great way to start the day or even after a workout. The strawberry flavor isn’t overwhelming or fake tasting, which is nice. It isn’t as sweet as I would like, but I have a big sweet tooth, so it may be perfect for others!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried Oikos Pro 20 grams of protein yogurt! It is so tasty and creamy. I loved it. It is not so sweet. It is very good. I tried strawberry. It has 2% milkfat. There are 0 grams of added sugar. It has 140 calories. I would recommend this yogurt.

The yogurt is very thick and creamy, had a delicious strawberry flavor and all of the tang in real yogurts. It seemed to be very naturally creamy and not artificially thickened with corn starch or other thickeners. It was also very surprisingly rich for a non fat yogurt.
