Awesome with some walnuts or other nuts or granola and Honey, the unfiltered, uncooked honey is great! Some blueberries and you will begin to build muscle and lose weight:). After that, I take the latest multi-vitamins, just half a pill with lots of water or it may get stuck in your throat! Also I take the Joint vitamins Sam's sells and some others. Truly, after 50, or if overweight, it is best to take more supplements than junk food and hit the gym, life is so much better that way:)

This is pretty good tasting yogurt for something low in calories and carbohydrates. I have been buying this for a few years. Recently I have found some Chonani reduced sugar (10 carbs) yogurt. (Not the fruit in the bottom or zero sugar products.) This brand is the best tasting yogurt that I have found. I wish Sam’s would stock this stuff.

Needed a healthier lunch, I work in the heat but it doesn’t mess with my stomach and it tastes good. Vanilla is my favorite and mixed berry is my daughter’s favorite, although we also like the strawberry. This is one yogurt that has protein and shows up as positive in the Yuka app. I bring this and either trail mix or fresh fruit for lunch

At least 3/4 of them were very watery in texture. I buy nonfat Greek yogurt regularly, usually Light & Fit or Great Value, but thought I’d try these since they were included in the Instant Savings. That was a big mistake. I will not buy this brand again.

I love the oikos triple zero yogurt. Packaging: Tye packing is eye catching. It's easy to use and open. As a girl with nails, sometime yogurt wrappers are difficult to open and break my nails. This one is easy to use and keeps them in tact. Texture and taste: The texture smooth and creamy. It tastes like mixed fruit. It's has the perfect amount of sweetness, not too much and not too little. It not too tart or bitter. The taste is sooo delicious. Ingredients: It made with simple and clean ingredients. Unlike most yogurts, it isn't packed with sugar and naturally sweetened. With doesn't have any artificial colors or flavors. I love this bc I don't have to feel guilty eating it. What I love most is that it's packed with protein allowing me to have an easy quick, yet filling lunch. This yogurt is literally amazing. It's the perfect guilt free filling lunch and snack. Filled with protein and not sugar is a literally dream. It's sweet, berry and creamy. 100 percent recommend!

Oikos Triple Zero Strawberry is the perfect amount of creamy natural sweetness. Oikos is the only greek yogurt that I don't have to add extra ingredients just to eat it! I love that it's Zero Fat, Zero Added Sugar, Zero Artificial Flavors and a good source of protein! Also I think it's reasonably priced!

Consistency of product freshness and texture is hit and miss. Some boxes the yogurt is without that runny liquid, nice smooth top and firm, but other boxes the yogurt looks like someone threw the box up against the wall a few times and the product is runny, not smooth, and overall unappetizing. I'd say it's a 50/50 shot at getting a fresh looking batch. It may also be due to improper storage if the yogurt is very runny texture.

been eating this brand for a couple of years, this is the first time I have ever had a bad batch, real gritty tasting and not smooth like it should be. Funny taste as well. Did not check the expiration date as I threw the box out or I would have returned it rather than throwing it out. Will be sure to check expiration dates in the future and returning if I get another box like this one

These Zero yogurts are my go-to! They are the best flavored "zero calories" greek yogurts I have tasted and the fact tgat the sweetener is Stevia makes them "sweet!" These are perfect in the morning with a sprinkle of cinnamon, handful of berries and some sliced almonds on top!

The texture of this yogurt is really thick, and it's not as sweet and sugary as the usual single serve items. They're nice for breakfast or nighttime snack with fruit. Really great smoothie base with all that protein. I didn't like the vanilla as much as the other two so that always went into a smoothie.
