Oikos used to have some of my favorite yogurt. They used to have an original vanilla in a blue container but they got rid of that and now they have this and I got to say the texture isn’t as good and it has a fake sugar after taste so I don’t eat this unless it’s the only option

I do enjoy that it is thick in consistency but also a good creamy texture. My favorite flavor is strawberry and this was an amazing choice. What I was stunned with was the zero fat but 15 grams of PROTEIN, wow what a great compacted amount. Overall a healthy and delicious yogurt, definitely recommend!

It tastes so fresh compared to how some of the strawberry flavored things can taste fake. But on top of great taste, it’s so good for me. Healthy and delicious is a great combo. I love this vanilla tripple zero protein yogurt! It has no icky ingredients and still tastes amazing. It’s easy to mix into smoothies and mix in fruits and honey! It contains 15 grams of protein which makes it easy to fill up on! Very easy way to incorporate into your daily routine!

I was excited to try this Yogurt because they deemed to be the only brand that offered fat free, sugar free yogurts in different flavors while containing fully clean and keto friendly. They used to use chicory root fiber which has a 0 GI and no affect on blood sugar. When I saw it in the store I noticed they had removed the fiber and added tapioca starch which is a no no for people strictly sticking to a keto diet and does have an affect in raising blood sugar. I immediately put it back on the shelf and picked a different plain non-fat, no other ingredient added clean Greek yogurt and added my own clean flavorings to it. These company's should be more aware and transparent of what they are putting in their products because not everyone is aware of what every ingredient does when trying to stick to a strict diet. I find this practice VERY shady, and will avoid this brand from now on unless they switch back to their original formula or come up with a better true keto-friendly alternative to the deceptive formula they needlessly changed to for whatever reason. It's unfortunate because this was the only company to "get it right". Now the only alternative is to create your own flavors with a clean plain Greek yogurt.

I had tried another big brand's yogurt only to discover that it did not contain a probiotic - one of the big reasons I like to have yogurt in my diet. Triple Zero does include a probiotic, tastes great and gives a good amount of protein. Like most greek yogurts, you'll need to give it a stir once you open it - so don't let that throw you off!

Most nights I have a Greek yogurt for my dessert I find it's a much healthier choice than pie, and custard. The Oikos Triple Zero has 15 grams of protein, and zero grams of added sugar, artificial sweeteners, and 0% fat. I so enjoy the Vanilla flavor, which is thick, and creamy. I find it very filling.
