I don’t understand the need for Tapioca Starch. It’s misleading for anyone trying to lose weight and or keep their blood sugar under control. Totally pointless when you already use stevia. For that reason I’m no longer purchasing or feeding to my family.

This brand has been our family's go to protein yogurt for years. Recently, we have opened up individual cups only to discover that it is grainy, smells "off", and anywhere from 3 to 9 of the individual containers are like this. It is both frustrating, expensive, and disappointing; our kids used to eagerly grab containers and now they are hesitant to eat it and so are we. Not sure if it's an issue on the manufacturer's or if we just happen to continue getting the random box that hasn't been stored properly, but definitely not loving it.

I tried the Oikos Triple Zero Mixed Berry yogurt and honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. The first thing I noticed was how nice it looks—it has that creamy white base with light berry swirls that make it feel fresh and not overly artificial. The texture is thick and smooth, which I really like because it feels more filling than regular yogurt. When you mix it, it stays pretty consistent and doesn’t get watery, which is a big plus. I’ve added granola and even protein powder to it, and it blends really well without messing up the texture or flavor. What I like most is how versatile it is. Sometimes I eat it on its own, other times I throw it into a smoothie or use it as a quick snack with toppings. It works for everything. Overall, I think it’s a great value. You get high protein, no added sugar, and it still tastes good—which is honestly hard to find. It’s definitely something I’d keep buying.

I have tried several yogurts but wanted one that was better for me with less calories or sugar and with more protein. This is the best one I have found so far. I am not a meat eater and have to get protein in other foods I eat, and this is great as it has high protein without having to eat large volumes of it.

I love this yogurt so much. It’s absolutely the best yogurt. I have bought it countless times and it’s always in my fridge. I love that it’s 0 sugar and 15 g of protein. It tastes amazing- every flavor an I have never had any issues with this brand or product. Love it!!

I love this yogurt so much I have it everyday. The flavor is so good and doesn’t taste like fake strawberries. I also love most of the other flavors too in this product. It’s a good amount a yogurt for a snack and the macros are very good. Same with the ingredients.

This is a great yogurt without blowing your diet. Only 90 calories and 5g of sugar thanks to the stevia sweetener. Each cup is packed with 15g of protein. It is watery on top when you first open it but a quick stir transforms it into a nice thick, creamy texture. The strawberry flavor is refreshing with no weird aftertaste.

I love the Oikos Triple Zero yogurt for a quick and easy breakfast. It’s such an easy way to get protein without a ton of extra sugar or calories. I don’t love eating a big meal in the mornings, so this yogurt is the perfect breakfast. The texture is much better than many other Greek yogurts I’ve had in the past, and the flavor is amazing!

I cannot stress how much I love this yogurt. As a type one diabetic, it’s important for me to incorporate lower sugar, protein snacks throughout my day and this one is one of my favorites! The consistency is incredible, the taste is incredible and the nutrition is incredible. I love pairing this with granola, berries and chia seeds for a daytime pick me up

It is creamy vanilla yogurt with a smooths , pleasant flavor that is not overly sweet. Since it has not added sugar, it feels lighter and healthier. It provides good satiety thanks to its protein content. Overall it’s practical, tasty, and a fit option for a quick snack or breakfast.
