I love this Strawberry Greek yogurt..15 grams of protein wow I have never thought that was possible.the triple zero ..awesome zero sugar zero artificial sweeteners and zero percent fat per 5 ounce cup..the taste is wonderful light creamy very straw berry and had bits of strawberry inside I love and have found my new yogurt

Oikos Triple Zero has quickly become one of my favorite snacks! The Strawberry and Mixed Berry flavors are delicious—sweet, fruity, and satisfying without being overly sugary. I love that it has 0 added sugar, 0 artificial sweeteners, and 0 fat, yet still packs in plenty of protein to keep me full. It’s perfect for breakfast, post-workout, or just a healthy snack on the go. A tasty and guilt-free option I feel good about eating every day!

I have been eating Oikos Triple Zero for breakfast for over 3 years. Love it! My husband, who has been eating Yoplait, was looking for a new yogurt with less added sugar. I showed him the nutritional content on my carton of Oikos and was shocked to see that there is no longer any fiber content! What? What caused the change? I consider that a negative. Is there an explanation?

It tastes so fresh compared to how some of the strawberry flavored things can taste fake. But on top of great taste, it’s so good for me. Healthy and delicious is a great combo. I’m excited to try their other flavors

In my opinion, mixed berries is the best flavor! The Oikos triple zero line is my favorite because it’s the best protein bang for you buck. The macros are great and the flavors are really good. Highly recommend if you need a Greek yogurt and need help getting your protein in!

Oikos Triple Zero is a great way to get a burst of protein in the mornings. The individual packaging is perfect to throw in a bag for on the go. It is sugar, fat, and artificial sweetener free. It has a smooth creamy texture that is pleasant, unlike some of the yogurts that are thin and gloppy. There is a bit of a sour after taste when you eat it alone. Adding fruit takes care of that

This is the only yogurt I buy because it's 0 added sugar, 0 fat, and 0 artificial sweeteners. It's the perfect post work out snack when I need something cold, sweet, and refreshing. Since it's greek yogurt, it also keeps me full for a pretty long time when add bananas to it. 

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I often have this yogurt for breakfast or lunch. It is creamy, not watery or chunky and has subtle flavors. It keeps me full and is actually good for you too! I am trying to eat healthier and watch my sugar intake and this definitely is on plan.

I love the flavor and richness of this yogurt. I also love that it has a lot of protein and zero fat, artificial sweeteners, or added sugars. It only has 100 calories per serving and has a decent carb count along with a higher protein count. It fills me up and leaves me feeling satisfied. I'm looking forward to trying a few of the other flavors soon!

I was a sugar addict. As I was on my weight loss journey I replaced my sweets with Oikos triple zero Greek yogurt. Lost 63 lbs in 2023 & have maintained that loss for a year thanks to Oikos. I have 3 cups daily & love all flavors! Oikos Pro is amazing too! I’m a devout customer for life!
