Its nice and Firm, which is what we were looking for .. although mattress is just 20 days old and we are enjoying it.

I’m a side sleep and this does not give me a numb or sore shoulder. If this remains like this for 8 + years then it will be the best mattress ever!

It is 12inch, which is the right height and medium firm which is not too hard and not too soft for my back.
