My new Beautyrest mattress is really wonderful! I like the Extra Firm , it's so good on my back and I woke up with no back pain like I used to.

I have spent a lot of money on higher and mattresses, and they never fail to disappoint after a few years. This time I went back to my basic, I have another one of these in a guest room and all of my guests rave about it. I’ve been sleeping on it And it’s perfect.

I have a really bad back and this mattress has helped a ton with that. Less pain in the mornings getting up. I sleep so much better on this!

I absolutely love the plush cloud-like pillow top, it is incredibly comfortable and it conforms perfectly to the body’s contours to effectively prevent pressure points on hips and shoulders. I used to wake up with my shoulders and hips aching and never feeling really rested. This is definitely not an extra firm matttress as advertised. During the first months we had it, it was fine, but now, not even a year since we bought it, the mattress is extremely soft, we feel like we sink in and it is causing us severe backpain and my husband and I wake up in the middle of the night to go sleep on our recliners. Also, there is no support on the sides, it seems we are going to fall from the bed. We contacted the company, but according to them the “depression” we have doesnt qualify for a replacement. This is our first and last experience with Beautyrest- we are very upset with the poor quality and replacement standards.

It's the perfect level of firmness; not too soft but not insanely firm to the point its too hard to sleep on! The mattress is a bit thicker compared to some mattresses, so when you get a fitted sheer, you will definitely want to get a deep pocket fitted sheet! All in all, we are very pleased either this mattress. We don't wake up feeling stiff and sleep like a baby on it!

I went for the extra firm because I have chronic back issues, and I've notice lately that my posture wasn't great. At first when I laid down on the mattress I was kinda taken back due to the fact that it was so taut, not much movement... I put my mattress cover over the mattress, followed by a fitted sheet. Then, I added my 2 inch memory foam mattress topper. That made a world of difference. I'm m I stay a stomach sleeper and I have to say I felt quite comfortable. When I lay on my back I can feel the curvature in my spine straightening out, and when waking in the morning I'm not as stiff or hunched as I was with my 8 year old previous mattress. I think it was a perfect choice, and looking forward to many more restful sleeps. If I were to change one thing I would have wanted strictly a firm mattress , but do believe that within a few months the mattress will soften up and I will continue to enjoy it
