Like many adults, back pain and general soreness can make it hard to get a good nights sleep and a firm mattress makes all the difference. Unfortunately the last firm mattress purchased online was a fiasco; yes it was firm but more like a foundation than mattress. I ended up having to purchase another mattress and went with a medium which never really did the job either. Fast forward to this; right from the beginning it felt like a better purchase because it wasn't rolled up in a box that required having to expand for 24-48 hrs....it was shipped and ready to go as a full mattress. Next, it's firm but forgiving; perfectly providing support but not hardness. The same for the sizing; thick but not absurd so sheets still fit but without having to wrestle them on/off. If you have back pain or sleep issues, try this one out. It's not hot like some of the full foam mattress types, it's not a brick but provides comfortable support.

It has the perfect amount of plush to it that it still has great support. The product is of top quality. It is made so well. I really thought that after a week or so the comfort level would decrease but I have been so pleasantly surprised. I have gotten the restful sleep than I have got in years. What a difference a great mattress makes. I will now be buying one of these Serta Beautyreast silver open seas plush mattresses for my daughter. She loves mine so much that I can't keep her out of my bed.

I have been married a long time and for the last five my husband and I slept in separate beds. Now we are able to sleep together again. This mattress doesn't creak or squeak at night. I can barely feel my husbands movement when he tosses and turns. I am amazed at the high quality of the mattress itself. It is firm yet it still contours to your body. It is easy to get in and out of bed off of the mattress. I am truly amazed at how good this mattress truly is. I will never buy any other brand. Bravo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe I have been sleeping on hay all my life or something, I woke up with pain all the time. I have been using this mattress for about a month now. No Joke, I have slept better. I've had this mattress for about 2 months now and I wish I never would have got rid of my old mattress I had for 10+ years. The mattress is flimsy. If your a sleeper that stays to one side then your gonna fall off. It's just so soft that it has no substance to keep you in place. If you sleep in the middle of the bed you feel like the sides are coming up and the mattress is gonna fold in half with you in it. I was really grateful to get this mattress but it's just not comfy and because it's so soft the sheets wont hold on to the edges.

It has been about 30 years since my last mattress so I kind of went with the groove. This mattress is attractive and soft on the top-not a pillow top though. I will never regret getting the exta firm as this does my old bones so so good. I actually cant wait to get into bed at night. The delivery people were good and on time so the whole delivery was great, I would definitly recommend.
