I LOVE LAY'S POTATO CHIPS because of the overall taste and crunch. What I hate is every time I open a bag of Lay's whether it's the Party Size or smaller, it looks like I have already eaten more than half of the bag! I realize you have to allow for "air" but the bag should be AT LEAST 3/4 full. Consumers are NOT getting what they pay for. Lay's are a little pricey and the quantity does NOT equal the price. If you are only going to give me less than half a big of chips, LOWER THE PRICE!!

I love these chips but the shipping is less than desired. I saw at checkout they were going to ship separately from rest of order so I added two more bags. They ended up shipping it all together and they didn't even give the chips a box within a box. By the time I got 4 bags of chips all the bags were squished open and crumbs and useless. I'll order again but it'll be a SEPARATE order from all other items so they don't get squished.

This item arrived very quickly. The only complaint I have is whoever packs this stuff is costing Walmart a lot of money. one box had just this cream, one box had just potato chips, one box had just copy paper, one box had 5 items. and one box had two bags of cereal. none of the boxes were even close to the size of the items. now I have all these boxes to get rid of. I just don't understand why they box everything separately and in boxes 10 times too big.

Nothing against the product, but Walmart, y'all need to step up the requirements for hiring those who pack our orders!!! Who in their right mind packs a bag of potato chips in a huge box with four twelve packs of cans of soda, a tin of cookies, a jar of mayo and 2 packs of batteries ??? That bag of chips is FLAT! This happens ridiculously often with my orders.

One bag crushed by olive cans. The bag was open in the box and chips were everywhere. This box was delivered to the wrong address and I guess got bounced around. I’d advise not shipping potato chips with olive cans. I order chips ❤️often but never received them with olive cans.

The driver stated they put the groceries in her car. Unloading at my house she showed me the bag chips were in, both bags were popped open at the top. Whoever loaded the car should have put the chips on top, like you do the eggs and bread so they don't get smashed. Very disappointing, this never has happened to me. Do better next time, please

Lay's is the most well known potato chip for a reason. When you buy a bag, the chips are intact, are evenly cooked and are of excellent quality. You can pay less for a generic product or you can even buy a more expensive specialized brand. But, Lay's are always the best.

First, the package has become way smaller than the “Party Size” normally has been. Even smaller than what used to be the regular size. Second, the chips came crushed because they had been shipped in a plastic bag instead of a box. So it was all just crumbs.

OMG you go up in price so much and just noticed you went up again . This will be the last time I buy Lays if I notice fallen prices I will come back .. your chips aren’t even crispy airy melt in your mouth like they used to be and your bags have shrunk down but everyone is doing this crap and charging more and saying you shrunk to keep prices down .. WHAT a JOKE . I am so disappointed in Lays you have gotten so greedy .. you had made the best chips
