Lays has gone to a tasteless chip because of less salt and being baked. I can understand that many people need less salt, but why not continue to make your same chips from decades ago for people that love the taste and are not required to eat less salt. Why can't we have a choice? I will not buy Lays Chips ever again. They taste like an old, dried up, out o f date chip.

The chips are fine. The order stayed pending for over 24 hours although Walmart.com customer service said that the delivery would be here today by 4pm central. It's now 336pm and Walmart.com customer service says the order was returned by driver but shows will be delivered today. The online status still says preparing.

Classic Lays is my absolute go-to snack. The chips are nice and crispy and have the perfect amount of salt. My kids like a little baggie of these to take for their school snack or just to have with their lunch. Wish the bags didn't include so much air in the bag but because of this I always purchase the party size. Love these chips!

Pretty Good! I could not live without this service! The reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is only because every week when I order I manage to get dented cans, ripped or crushed boxes and the ugliest fruits and veggies available. So as long as you don’t mind a couple dent and scratch items here and there. Its awesome!!

OK, regarding plain potato chips there's no competition in my experience to - Lays "classic" - Ruffles - the old Gibbles, apparently no longer available, which were fried in beef tallow rather than vegetable oil Lays and Ruffles are surprisingly different, not only in texture but also in flavor. Ruffles are great with French Onion dip. Lays...not really very good. I also like Ruffles better without dip, but here Lays is a very close second. With Tostitos Salsa Con Queso, Lays really shine. It's the perfect dip for that chip. Lays are also a thinner, crisper chip than Ruffles, and that is sometimes exactly what I want.

i purchased a bag of these lays a few days ago. the time before was months ago. the chips were all, all crumbled. Crushed. not one full size chip. frankly this made be laugh and angy at the same time. so i no longer order them for deliver. I am not crushed like the lays ha, just annoyed. but tha ks.

Arrived with 2 large cornmeal packages and one short sheet of brown paper in a HUGE Box. I could have fit in that box. Needless to say the chips were open as was one of the cornmeal packages so I had a large recipe of crushed chips and cornmeal. Love the chips but the company needs to train packers.

I have always enjoyed Lays potato chips, but this last bag I had purchased had so much salt on them they were absolutely uneatable. I have NEVER encountered this before. There were some bags that had a bit more salt than others, but this bag was completely coated! I am afraid to repurchase %26 ending up with the same problem.

I love potato chips, but lately, I can't find any I truly like. I read reviews saying these were the best. They're not. So far they are consistently boring and blah. Utz is, occasionally great, but then awful. I'm 74 and have been a potato chips eater almost every day of my life since I got teeth. There's not any brand today that I would say are great. Definitely not these.
