Nothing against the product, but Walmart, y'all need to step up the requirements for hiring those who pack our orders!!! Who in their right mind packs a bag of potato chips in a huge box with four twelve packs of cans of soda, a tin of cookies, a jar of mayo and 2 packs of batteries ??? That bag of chips is FLAT! This happens ridiculously often with my orders.

Lay's is the most well known potato chip for a reason. When you buy a bag, the chips are intact, are evenly cooked and are of excellent quality. You can pay less for a generic product or you can even buy a more expensive specialized brand. But, Lay's are always the best.

The driver stated they put the groceries in her car. Unloading at my house she showed me the bag chips were in, both bags were popped open at the top. Whoever loaded the car should have put the chips on top, like you do the eggs and bread so they don't get smashed. Very disappointing, this never has happened to me. Do better next time, please

OMG you go up in price so much and just noticed you went up again . This will be the last time I buy Lays if I notice fallen prices I will come back .. your chips aren’t even crispy airy melt in your mouth like they used to be and your bags have shrunk down but everyone is doing this crap and charging more and saying you shrunk to keep prices down .. WHAT a JOKE . I am so disappointed in Lays you have gotten so greedy .. you had made the best chips

Chips were delivered by FedEx with a 15lb container of laundry detergent. (cross-contamination with food) and busted the bags of chips. Took the whole box to the local store and was given an exchange for new bags of chips. Shipping food and detergent is a really bad idea.

This was MOST DISAPPOINTING. The bag was in a box with the litter and was smashed and split open. The box with the toilet paper only held the paper. Maybe the chips would not have smashed if there shipped with the paper. And- the chip pieces were stale.

Lays potatoe chips are still number one in my family and going out picnicking with neighbors and friends everyone has the party size yellow bag Lays. I eat them with a sandwich or to snack on. Walmart is the only store I them from because the cost is great. The party bag can last our family up to a week. So the next time your at Walmart get some for yourself and ENJOY!!!

I bought 2 bags of chips (almost $8.00). They were placed in a 13"x7.5"x13" box which should have been perfect because the bags of chips are 13" tall and they wouldn't have moved around very much. Unfortunately, the person that packaged them shoved 8 feet of wadded-up 12" wide brown paper in the box, I guess to keep them from jostling around at all. By doing that, the bags were smashed down to only 8" tall which crushed most of the chips in both bags. At least 2/3 of each bag ended up being pieces only 1"-1.5" in size. I had to eat chips

In trying times you need to stock up your pantry with nonperishable food items. Having a homemade burger and potato chips can make any day better! Even when you are stuck in self-isolation. It's a party in a bag! Wonderful taste. Provides that crispy crunch we all crave so much. I highly recommend this product.

This is the 2nd time we ordered Potato Chips online. The first time I assumed the chips would be crushed during shipping. They were packed very good in the box and arrived perfect. This time they got packed with several heavy items with very little packing material. Needless to say they got crushed. But hey,, it beats going to the store with COVID at all time record high numbers.
