Because of their taste, Lay's Classic Potato Chips have been a favorite for as long as I can remember. The green onion flavor is my second favorite.

Now it has a chemical under taste. Gross. Had a great product for decades that everyone loved, and they've ruined it. Typical corporate boardroom greed, CEOs tripping over a dime to save a nickel. Don't know what they did, but Lays chips just killed themselves. IDK if it's the plastic packaging they're using or what, but it taste like chemicals instead of potatoes. No more buying Lays for me.

I love the thin and crunchy chips that are just plain potato chips, no flavoring,, etc. They don’t need Any flavoring because they're delicious just the way they are. Plain sliced potatoes with salt. I particularly like the ones that are doubled over and the rare ones that are doubled over twice. They look like a flower starting to bloom, ha ha but they crunch in your mouth so wonderful. I dig through the bag looking for them lol !!

The taste is not at all what I crave and expect from every bag of Lays that I bought. Don’t try to tell me that “Classic” is the same chip I have been buying in the shiny bag where the slogan “bet you can’t eat just one” actually applied! You have ruined a good thing!😡 Now I have to buy Ruffles.

it seems to me that something has changed. The chips are thicker and have less flavor than they usually are I love lays plain potato chips because they are thin and salty with a flavor all their own. The smell of potatoes when you first open the bag makes you want to dive in. That is missing from the the last two bags.

my Uncle Willie loves Lay's potato chips sometimes he buys two bags at a time the only problem we have is the cost it's close to $7 in large bag which is expensive so if y'all could do something about the pricing we will continue to buy Lay's potato chips to large bag thank you very much

She was my last rider of the night. It was 2:00 AM, and I was soon to go home, but this one last ride would finish the night. I pulled up to the building, a downtown condo building as tall as they come in my city. She was waiting, red high heels and a black dress and a long black coat. Her lipstick was as red as a tomato at the end of August but her skin was paler than porcelain. She sat down in the back. The streets were empty at the late hour, and we drove in silence. After a couple of miles she asked, “A busy night for you?” “No,” I said. “The weekday nights are slow once the airport calms down. You are the last rider of the night.” “Do you do this every night?” she asked. “Most nights. It’s better than flipping burgers,” I replied. “Do you have anyone you go home to?” I was used to these kinds of questions. At two in the morning, sometimes people were looking for more than a ride. “No, it’s just me,” I said. And then she went silent as we passed darkened houses and empty storefronts. It was almost 2:30, and I stopped in front of the house next to a wrought-iron fence. There were no streetlights on this road, but I could still make out a house that looked more like a castle than anything else. I put the car in park. “I could take you away from all of this,” she said. “You wouldn’t have to drive another night.” “Are you offering me a job?” I asked. “Not a job,” she said. “A whole new life. I glanced at her face in the rearview mirror. She smiled, and I finally noticed the pointed incisors of a vampire. “One bite, and I can take you away.” “I’ll pass,” I said. “But why?” she asked. “Do you want this? Driving people at this hour for pennies. I can give you immortality.” “I’m good,” I said. “I don’t mind the gig. Plus, every night I go home I open a bag of Lay's Classic Potato Chips Party Size 13 oz. They’re salty but not too strong. They’re thin and crispy, and they remind me of a summer picnic when I was a teenager. And, it’s a big bag but only five bucks at Wal-Mart. If you’re not too stingy on the tip, I might even go home with two bags tonight.” I turned and she caught the gleam of the crucifix hanging from my neck. She hissed at me and ran out of the car and toward the castle. In the darkness I thought I saw a bat in the air fly to an upper floor, but I wasn’t sure. I put the car into gear and headed to the 24-hour Wal-Mart. I never saw her again.

I only buy Lays Potato Chips without the fancy flavors. I like the regular ones and the ones with less salt. I eat them alone. I dip them in French Onion Sour Cream dip. I eat them with my sandwiches and sometimes I put them on my sandwiches. The regular flavor is the best in my opinion.

This Lays is healthier. I still cannot “eat just one”, but I no longer want to eat the entire bag at one sitting. A minor point is I am so accustomed to chips being more salty, so maybe sea salt would be ideal because it talk less to acquire the desired flavor.

One can never go wrong when they get a a bag of lays! I like this flavor more than the others. Sometimes the others I get tired eating them. I don’t seem to get tired eating the plain lays potato chips. They’re big and they’re crunchy and they’re salty and they’re the perfect snack. My cardiologist probably wouldn’t like me saying that.
