[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely love our Samsung 65 inch QLED. The smart features are great and easy to use. Pairing with the SmartThings app made set up a breeze. The picture is beautiful. We just upgraded from a Samsung 6 series 55 inch tv. Which we moved to the guest room. My husband and I were originally looking at purchasing an 8 series but as soon as he saw this QLED he was sold. We also love that the remote has the solar charging option. Samsung has really thought of everything and made everything so user friendly.

The picture is beautiful and lifelike; no exaggerated colors. The sound is better than most TVs and requires no sound bar. Setup was fast and easy. Everything is easily navigated with the universal remote. I bought this simply from online reviews for best 55” TVs. Having an older but smaller (36”) Samsung that was perfect I felt compelled to replace it with another Samsung. It is also perfect. Extremely satisfied with Samsung. Great product.

This limited me to a 60" TV which is not a standard size (they jump from 55" to 65") This was one of the few newer technology TVs that was the right size. I bout it out of necessity but ended up loving it. This is better than the previous Samsung that I had in that it has a small frame, great picture, and they simplified the remote significantly (my previous remote was two sided and required a gazillion batteries) I think the current remote recharges with light....

Absolutely no hiccups running PS5 game on 60fps. I am so happy that Samsung included Samsung TV for free. So much fun with this TV!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I currently use this tv for gaming and entertainment, I hear most frown upon this because of it not having “true blacks”. The tv gives great pictures with sound so I really don't have to purchase a sound bar (even though I will) it's wickedly awesome. As for gaming, it's been a big improvement in my gaming, I don't face much lag compared to a Emerson I had before, I can now enjoy my gameplay a lot more than before, I've even started playing old story mode games I had, utilizing the HDR on some. Looks amazing Samsung! Thank you seriously for such a great product, I could go on and on !

The price is somewhat high. Your website could be more friendly. Samsung needs a new design to make tv different from the competitor. For instance, shape the color of the frame, etc. Why all frames are black? Take a look ay your Frame TV and get inspiration

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first 4k TV. I wanted a 60" tv for the living room that I will use for streaming tv and movies, and video games. I like the options to disable features like LED Clear Motion, because those give my wife a headache. The picture is bright, the colors look good, and the contract is great. Setting up the TV was very easy. The HDMI ports are easy to get to, and it is easy to mount on the wall. Downloading apps and signing in was easy as well. There is a huge selection of apps to choose from! I wish I could delete more of these pre-installed apps, simply because I do not want to use them. I like that the remote has a solar panel. I hope it helps the battery stay alive longer. The remote is simple and easy to use. I wish it did not have dedicated buttons for streaming services that I do not use, they are easy to press accidentally. I have had to re-pair the remote 3 or 4 times in 5 months. I have had little success using voice commands Ok Google on the remote. We really enjoy using Ambient Mode, especially the Cinemagraphs. They are great to put on in the background when company comes over. I have had some issues using the other modes though. The design of the TV is great. The very narrow frame blends into the wall nicely. It is also very thin so it doesn't stick out too far from the wall. This does make it difficult to reach the wall mount behind it to tighten the brackets. The speakers are good enough. I am not impressed with the bass, but they get the job done.

So far lagging it's not a problem , refresh rate could be better (I used ps5) Image it's clear Sound it's sync The adaptive sound it's a little confusing, and working on that. But game pro mode it's good
