Game mode turns on automatically when I switch to one of my game systems and helps to give me a better picture and experience when playing a game. Streaming with apps is a breeze, I hit the Netflix button on the remote and the app pops right up. It's very snappy when I need it to be. The screen is bright vibrant and the refresh rate seems dependable. Although I wish I could afford the more high tier models I am happy with this purchase.

I've never had a t.v. with picture as clear as my Samsung Q60 Q led. The best overall is Gaming the picture detail is out of this world and sound is clear as clear can be!! The best feature that I like is how you can talk to it and it does what you say and the controller is solar powered that has a USB- C port to charge as well. Overall a great buy. Would recommend to everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since we took it out of the box I really liked its appearance, the image is very sharp a QLED panel, and supporting HDR contents is bright, There is an Art Mode that enables this TV to display beautiful works of art and that is where this TV shines! the colors are very vivid, the children really liked the size. Is really easy to set up practically installs itself, The television has a self diagnosis display that you press and it starts scanning for any problems, the video games look much better and the sound is perfect, it has a lot of volume, the remote control is very easy to use can be charged by Sun or via USB and I love that you can see two screens at the same time. This TV is fantastic, I really recommend it to everyone.

I am very satisfied with the size and sound of the TV but I am not happy with the color sharpness. I expected the colors would be brilliant. The colors appear to be faded. Even trying various setting adjustments doesn't improve the sharpness. The concierge is not very helpful. For the price we paid, we expected a great picture and we are very disappointed so far. I also have trouble using the various apts. I wish there were better directions and instructions.

We love our new TV, but we did have to upgrade our internet to accommodate the draw on the network. Well worth the cost for the upgrade.
