One it is very user friendly they have no trouble at all navigating the options for the many different selections for movies and their video games. I love watching sports on it, Sunday football games are amazing and I look forward to watching the games on it all week. Overall it's one of the best products I've ever purchased. We are very pleased with this television.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We went to get an 80" Samsung QLED and found this 85" instead. It has amazing colors, vivid and crisp picture. When we walk into an electronic store with several TV's running, it is easy to compare pics side by side. I always gravitate to and choose the Samsung. Their pictures are just so clear! The QLED has many options, we like this one because is it full array. If you don't know what that is, google the options and do the research. It makes a difference when you see them side by side.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The screen looks great watching TV, playing movies and gaming. When gaming, the TV displays information like how many frames per second and whether HDR is enabled. It's a pretty cool feature. Also, there's Multi View which is Picture in Picture. You can run two different screens at once which is pretty awesome. The picture quality is vibrant and looks very good. I'd say it's a great overall TV by Samsung. There is no one connect box so HDMI cables need to be plugged directly into the TV. I'd say that's the one thing I'd changed but I like the TV a lot!

This is a big improvement on our old TV, which did not even have smart capabilities. Overall, the picture quality is quite good, except for the blacks/shadows, where banding is often visible. The speakers are not great, but I expected that based on other reviews. We have a soundbar hooked up and it works just fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We mainly use it for streaming, it has an issue that comes up every month or so where it cannot connect to wifi. When I contacted customer service they told me how to fix it ( press and hold the remote off button until the TV turns Back on.

You get the amazing, free Samsung TV, built in Alexa and Google assistant ready. Works perfectly with the Samsung soundbar, even when gaming or watching movies. Best quality picture tv I've ever owned. Sad I didn't buy a larger screen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love how crisp and vibrant the colors are. The remote is simple to use and we love how easy it is to connect to our favorite apps to watch our shows. My 5 year old can control the TV and change between YouTube and PBS!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the price tag it's hard to beat the Q60a in a 65” TV. The picture is good but don't confuse Qled for Oled. They are two completely different technologies. Do the research and see what works for you. The menu system (Tizen) is pretty easy to navigate but would have rather had something non proprietary to Samsung. Set up is simple and the q60a has just about any app you may want to use but, it is not very Directv friendly. You can set up the Samsung remote to control Directv but it doesn't do it very well.
