[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll start with the only issue I have and that's with any white object against a black backdrop having a slight blooming effect. It noticeable if you're in a dark room but otherwise, it's negligible. This TV will basically make your streaming devices an afterthought with how many apps it delivers so you can basically have all your streaming services run through your TV and save up on an HDMU port or 2 depending on what you use. The speakers on the TV are amazing and will remove the necessity of a sound bar. Game Mode benefits consoles that will use the HDR on it and if you're using PC, you can take advantage of the 120 frames per second on 1080p. Overall, this TV has a fast response time and I've been quite satisfied so far with its performance and ability to handle everything I throw at it figuratively speaking.

I also purchased the Samsung sound bar having the two of them is like theater in my living room. Would highly recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this TV to replace a previous 4k led same size. I ave to say the picture quality on this TV is amazing. The dark and light have pretty good contrast. The TV has alot of apps as well as integration to Alexa; no more looking for the remote. I would definitely recommend this to any one looking for a smart 4k display.

I previously had cable, so I wasn't prepared for all the features and how to use them. But now I'm getting used to it and it seems to be working just fine. The only complaint I have is the sound which is terrible! So I had to purchase a sound bar to go with it. Sound bar is not great, but better than without. Otherwise no problem.

Instructions to unbox and install the product were given in a way that can be easily found and followed, and I love the fact that the package was designed to help reduce waste! Having access to information about such company's value on a product packaging is very important to me because it tells me that the company is serious about Going Green, and I always love to support companies that cares about environment. To set up the TV, there was an option to set it up via Samsung App which I didn't have on my existing TCL that has built-in Roku. Best thing about this TV is that I can connect it to my Amazon Alexa and Google Homes, and also the fact that I have direct access to a lot of Internet TV which displays on TV menu as if I have cable TV. Without having to log onto separate internet account, I could watch different shows already. Quality wise, color is very vivid and it gives me a feeling as if I am watching 3D TV although this model isn't 3D TV (I ran a few 4K YouTube videos to test out the quality and this one is definitely different than my two year old 50 inch 4K Samsung TV). Considering the retail price, this model is definitely worth the money and I am very happy about the purchase:)
