We bought this new Samsung Q60A 75", it is a great picture and the set up was quite easy, a few hiccups. There are not a lot of Instructions that come with the TV so plug it in and follow everything on screen. I think a short tutorial on screen may have been helpful but we found stuff on line to help. There is one negative! Dark images always have a cloudy texture to them rather pure black. Example when credits of a movie come on or some night scenes will often have this same cloudy image. We tried adjusting the setting but it did not help. It is not excessive, but it certainly makes it so the TV is not perfect!

I'm very happy with the experience when using my TV for gaming — the automatic game mode setting makes everything look great. I'm not 100% pleased with the picture while watching cable and I wish the settings were more robust particularly for when I'm viewing sports.

Saw it in the store, picture looked amazing.. while at the store, I was playing around with the tv, and there was a “compare model” feature. So I looked at it and saw all the features the different models have.. that when I saw the q80a. It is Packed full of technology, Ai renders everything to 4k quality! Ai tracks movement on the screen for audio playback. So I spent a little more than planned, but I am happy about it!! The picture and audio are so dynamic!! Also was a little worried 55” would be a little small… wow, it fits my room so perfect! Thank you Samsung!

The picture quality is crisp, and the colors make me feel as though I'm personally experiencing whatever I'm viewing. The sound quality is excellent, even when I crank up the music! I can't say enough about how awesome this 4K smart TV is.

Benefits to have remote that will control all aspects of tv. Picture is great. Some blurring and lagging but some of that may be contributed to tv and internet provider. I'm still learning the tv so I'm sure it will improve with time. I would recommend the the tv and would buy again.

Unboxing the tv I was very happy with the secure packaging. Set up was a breeze, from putting it together to adding apps and so on. I primarily stream to the set but I do have a DVR and a blue ray connected as well. I couldn't be happier with the picture quality and the functions of this tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I paid a 3rd party to mount it in place of my old TV and do the initial set-up because I'm just not good at that kind of thing, but it didn't take them long to do and I was pleased the mount for my 2008 Samsung 50" plasma TV could be used. I procrastinated turning the TV back on after they left because I had lots to learn being way behind on AV technology. However, I started going through the e-manual built into the TV and it made things easy! The TV has so many features and looks and sounds great! I expected nothing less of Samsung based on how long my plasma TV lasted (it still worked when I replaced it). I'm super excited to have a Smart TV now. I've been playing music from my phone as well as directly on the TV. I look forward to sharing my computer screen to the TV and trying out the new streaming apps. [I signed up for a free trial of YouTube TV, but have not yet been granted access.] The only "negative" is we weren't able to control my surround sound (home theater system) with the Samsung remote, but it's because it's old and out of date. The technicians had to use an optical cable to connect it to the TV. I won't be able to watch DVDs on the theater system either, but who cares now that I have access to many other movie channels. Eventually, I'll upgrade the sound system. I can't use any remote to change the volume, but that'll just force me to get my butt up off the sofa! Lol. Finally, the Samsung remote is quite useful and I like that there's no batteries to replace. Nice job Samsung!

We love the mood setting on the TV and the beautiful sceneries that are available. We love having pre set apps that make it easier to navigate from YouTube to HBOmax. Wish the control rechargeable solar panel would be in the front instead of the back but love that we don't need to use batteries.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the larger 55"Q80 for my family as an upgrade to the 2014 Samsung and I'm the hero (for at least this month). The step up to QLED and 4K is simply outstanding for anyone who hasn't seen it up close. Black is black, the vibrancy of the colors is beyond words, and image clarity is phenomenal. We paired our Q80 TV with the QT800 Samsung 3.1 sound bar to get the benefit of the Q Symphony sound projection. The element I truly appreciate the most is the very intuitive user interface based on the Tizen platform and the much simpler remote. The ability to easily navigate across all the streaming channels, without separate plug ins, along with our TV service provider (Directv in my case) in a single remote is fantastic. Even my five year old is starting to get how to find her favorite shows on her own. I feel that the investment in the Q80 along with sound bar is well worth it. I'm certain this will be the TV on the wall easily for the next 10 years.
