It was great for 4 months and then it failed. Just stopped working in mid cook and never came back up. Now I am being told it will be 6 weeks before a replacement can be shipped. I think they have a faulty product and they are way behind on getting replacements. Now I sent the fryer back and have nothing at this point... but a promise and a prayer

Bought it a few months ago, loved it at first. Worked wonderfully. After a few weeks of regular use, starts making a very loud buzzing sound every time we used it. No big deal, just noise. Not buying a new one, still works. Now will not turn on. Tried multiple outlets, basic troubleshooting of the unit. Nothing. Things dead. Unsure how, it literally just sits on my counter top and is subject to regular but not excessive use. Highly recommend any other brand.

I purchased two of these in the last year. One is failed because the fan stopped working. The other powers on for a second and the powers off. 100% failure rate. The customer support for this product wants me to pay to have them both shipped back to them and repaired.

I made chicken wings in my new air fryer tonight and it is safe to say that I will probably not go out to a restaurant to eat wings again. They turned out crispy and juicy! I cooked the chicken wings for 18 minutes, while flipping them over halfway so they can cook evenly. I then tossed them in Baby Ray's BBQ sauce and cooked them for another eight minutes. They were cooked to perfection. I will continue to update with new reviews as I try new recipes.

I purchased the Vortex XL for my daughter and her family initially as a gift. She told me how great it was and how she loved using it. I went back and purchased one for myself. I highly recommend it. It's easy to clean and cooks very well. The only thing is I wish it included more foods and cooking times. I just google it if I'm cooking something that's not in the booklet. You can't always go by the buttons because you have to think about the size and thickness of the meat you're cooking. But otherwise, I still give it 5 stars! Please get you one! And this price is awesome! I paid $10 more.

Food is great, when cooked in these. We have purchased 2 of these in the last 18 months. Both have lasted for about 9 months then quit. We have use them about 20 minutes at a time, typically only about 4 days out of a week. Pretty poor quality. Great food when they do.

My husband and I bought this item last month, and we use it to cook all of our meats, pork, chicken, beef. My husband thought for fun he would try to cook burgers in it, they were good but over cooked so need less time. It makes perfect wings and it has saved us money, because we would pick up wings at known wing restaurants (spend about $30) and by the time we got them home they were cold. This makes the best wings & I have a buffalo sauce recipe that I make and they are better than what we get from any restaurant. I highly recommend this one, and we are giving them as gifts to some family & friends.
