They keep the warmth in for longer than a normal styrofoam cup. Great cup, give it a try! These come In handy for school when I don’t have clean cups! These are small and perfect for on the go, and it doesn’t matter if he forgets them because these are disposable. The lid is perfect for sipping his morning coffee I make for him at home. The cup has a thicker portion so it doesn’t get to hot to hold.

They keep it warm an okay amount of time. they're pretty sturdy. The cup is insulated well. I like them but I don't feel like it's a must have with all of the other reusable options out there. I wasn't blown away.
