Love’em but they leak. Larger percentage of the 5 packages had slow leaks through the bottom when used with a hot drink. Notified mfg with all pertinent info of issue, they sent $15 gift card rather than take them back, disappointed in their support

You can 16 oz cups in large pkgs. You can get foam-covered in large pkgs, but these are both top-heavy and spill. Why can't I get 16-oz that dont tip over? And why, for heavens sake, don't you carry anything but expensive Chinet?
