They are so durable and thick that I didn’t need any kind of sleeve or protection to keep my hands from burning up when touching it. And I love that I was able to take my coffee with me and it fit in my car cup holder. My only problem, and the reason I took off stars, is that they aren’t very environmentally friendly. I try to live with minimal waste and I have plenty of coffee cups that I can take on the go with me so once I finish this pack of cups, I won’t be buying more.

As far as the insulation goes, my coffee was colder than a luke warm temperature after an hour. Nice cups, but nothing extraordinary compared to other cups on the market.
