For a disposable cup they are very sturdy and hold up with a busy lifestyle. I also really like the design on the cups. I received these for free for testing purposes.

They are perfect for on the go, perfect to travel to work with your home made coffee and easy to dispose of. The kids fit tight and secure and they do not leak ! It keeps hot beverages warm for a good 1.5 hour. They have become my favorite disposable cups !
