They're pretty sturdy even after hours, the cups dont get flimsy like some paper cups do. I actually washed a few and re-used them lol definitely recommend them! I am usually against disposable objects because I try to be as green ad possible so I recommend only using this if absolute necessary but over all it was a good cup!
