I have used the 16 oz cup for years. There is a noticeable change to the quality of this product. The seam is no longer solid and the coating is no longer able to keep the cup from getting soggy. Shame on you for wrecking a really good product. You have lost this customer.

I’m a tea fanatic and the Chinet comfort cup works wonders during my day to day life. The cup retains the heat so well that my drink does not get cold fast. The hot temperature does not translate on the outer part; in other words it does not bother me while carrying. As stated previously, I constantly consume tea throughout the day. Hence, I’ve used the same cup throughout the 8 hour work day, and the cup held up great! I would absolutely purchase this product once I run out.

However, it does not keep your drink warm for long. My commute into work is approx 45 minutes and within 20 minutes, my coffee had cooled considerably.
