They are definitely convenient; however I have not noticed that they keep things hot much longer than a regular cup/glass. Though they are quick and easy, I probably would not purchase them because of the waste they produce with little to no benefit (keeping things hot/cold for a longer period of time).... It is an very accessible way to take coffee on the go in a hurry. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a disposable to go cup.
