Love this beef sausage! We use it cut into medallions, sauteed with cabbage and onions. So tasty! I'm stocking my freezer in case Sam's stops selling it.

This is not all beef . Its covered in pork. For someone who is allergic to pork i am glad i read the ingredients before i bought this . Dont claim all beed when its not all beer

Casing was so tough. Bought these as an alternative to pork kielbasa for our center. Because the casing so hard to chew I had to skin each link before and bake before serving. Will not buy these again.

These are the best! Some mixed reviews, of all the times I've cooked them up they've been great! No bones! Not greasy! Didn't choke! Lol ... simply the best!

Really good flavor and texture. Adults and kids loved these. I made these with a potato & vegetable dish and got lots of comments on how good the sausage was.

I think my package must have sat on the loading dock, unrefrigerated for too long. The meat has a slight spoiled flavor to it. I used the sausages the next day for a picnic but threw them all away after I tasted the first one off the grill

I'm very picky about my smoked sausages and this stuff is fantastic! I find most that you can buy in the store to be gross and hot-dog like. These taste like a proper kolbassi should

As others have said, the casings are way too tough to bite and chew. The flavor is decent but bland, sort of a European kind of taste. I won't be buying these again.
