Grease galore

Great flavor, great snap and chew if you can get past all the grease coming out of them.

Not liking Kiolbassa Beef Sausage

Not particularly flavorful. The taste is too "earthy" and the texture is not pleasing.

Good at any barbecue

Taste is out of this world! Gave it 4 stars because of the tough casing.
