Little disappointed in these sausages. They have a very tough casing on them. Next time i cook them, I will peel the casing off. The sausage has a very good taste.

My children and grandchildren enjoy this sausage after grilling. They eat it in a bun with different condiments. Some of them eat them alone. The fact that it is beef is an added plus.

They have a good enough flavor if you cook them in a dish. They are not bad but have a taste of beef fat if you do not cook them. Also the casing is a little tough and does not chew well.

Overall, the flavor was good; however, the skins were unnaturally tough. It seemed more like plastic than normal casings. Also, they were very greasy too. Wont buy again. Not worth it.
