Bought for Thanksgiving breakfast with the family. Everybody just loved and raved how delicious the sausages were. Will definitely buy again.

Very greasy after being cooked on the grill. Had a lot of gristle about 5 small pieces per sausage. Will not be buying again.

Super disappointed these have a pork casing. Many religious groups don't eat pork. Please reconsider using the pork casing.

Tastes wonderful, but the casing is impossibly thick. Had to push the meat out of the casing to eat it.

These are so good. We boil them in water in the rice cooker. Easy. Very juicy. Good dipped in fancy mustard.

This sausage contains a lot of bone pieces (watch you don't break a tooth). The skin is too tough to chew, and it's extremely greasy!
