Great Flavor

Flavor seemed ok but not great. Casing was thick and pork, not beef. But these repeated on me all night and into the next day and really aggravated my stomach. I've not had that experience with other sausages, so I don't know. Won't be buying these again.

I so wanted to like these, but OMG I had to throw them away. First let me say they are so greasy. I had to use over 10 paper towels and drain to get all of the red nasty gunk out of 1 sausage. I regret even eating it because I have been experiencing reflux problems for 2 days and I never have reflux. Did I mention after I cooked them, I turned around and boiled them, and they were still bad. These are not worth a heart attack.
