This bread is great. I haven't been able to get it for a while they always sell out. Not a surprise, it is very good bread. I don't know how it would be uncooked, but it makes delicious toast and has the best texture for grilled cheese.

I’ve tried other brands of English Muffin toasting bread and none compare to the unique flavor and wonderful nooks and crannies captured in a toasting bread!! It’s also a favorite to use for BLT’s.

I like the smaller size of bread. A normal sized bread is often too much, besides less calories with English Muffin Bread

was disappointed, since covid-19, not sure if they changed the formula, but didn't like the texture. great disappointment
