This coffee is a perfect light bodied roast. it is a light roast, so of you are an avid bold or espresso drinker, please don't buy, for you will review it with a negative review and that would not be fair to this light coffee delight. It starts With a rich aroma and then has a richness in taste to the tongue, and works its way with a citrus and floral finish in the end. it's a little light roast gem of a coffee.

My regular k-cups tend to be extra bold, particularely Sumatras and Konas. I find this blend to favourably compare, with a little extra smoothness for that first cup. Not at all watery, and a look at the box tells you why. The coffee net weight is equal to other brands extra bolds. You therefore experience full body and caffiene in a easy drinking morning blend.

I purchased this coffee because it said it was a light roast coffee and the description says "this coffee starts sweetly and quietly in the mouth and leaves you with fruity, nutty hints after each sip." BEWARE this part of the description is WRONG. When i received the coffee, it read on the box "bright and TANGY" no where in this desciption does it say it's tangy. I then brewed the coffee and tasted it, it did not "start sweeetly and quietly". The strong tangy taste made my taste buds want to scream. I am a black coffee drinker. Do not buy this product if you drink your coffee black.

I have been struggling a little to find coffees that I enjoy. I am somewhat new to coffee drinking and definitely new at brewing my own. After trying at least 10-15 coffees I have found my perfect cup!!!! This is so nice and mild and so delicious. A joy to drink. Order the sample pack like I did to try it. You won't be sorry!!!

I was surprised I liked this as I generally do not like light roast. it is best in the morning for me as at night I tend to enjoy a richer roast. if your wanting a nice cup of coffee that is smooth with no aftertaste this is it. it has a nice aroma and isn't at all week of flavorless.

I always enjoyed the coffee I bought at Caribou, so I had to try this when I first received my Keurig Coffee Maker. And man, this coffee is awesome! It's balanced, smooth, and has a great aftertaste. You won't need milk or sugar, as the coffee is just right all by itself. It's like buying a cup of coffee right from a corner Caribou.

I picked this up in the grocery, because I didn't get my previous favorite in time. I'm so glad this was the only light roast they had, because this coffee is THE BEST. I don't like any coffee that has a burnt/bold taste and this fits the bill. I absolutely cannot wait for the Keurig to heat up (I arise at different times, so don't preset the brew time) so that I can get this into my mouth and savor it. There is no powdery after-taste...it's just good, good, good. I got 3 boxes a couple of days ago, when it finally came back in stock, but I'd forgotten to order tea. So, yesterday when I ordered the tea, I ordered another 80-cup box. The only bad part is that I can only have 2 cups of caffeine a day!

I have tried many different types of coffee in my Keurig. This is by far my favorite. I am not a coffee connoisseur by any means, and I do put cream and sugar in my coffee.However, I have drank coffee for most of my life and do not function in the morning without it. I wish more stores carried the Caribou brand!

This is my first grab from my choices every time, I love the smell of this brew. The roast is light but full enough to tolerate cream and sugar and still shine. Nice crisp finish, no aftertaste. Best sipped to enjoy. The only flavor that I will drink more than 1 cup at a time. Great mild morning coffee, esp. if you prefer to drink it black.

It's important to note that this coffee is not unpleasant. It's simply, in my opinion, below average. Conditions of my tasting: 1 K - Cup 1 Shot / Pull, Default 8 oz. Cup 1 tsp. Sugar 2 tbsp. Light Cream This coffee has its pro's and its cons. However, in my opinion the con's outweigh the pro's; resulting in my two star rating. Why? Well, let me tell you . . . My reviews begin not with the color, not with the aroma, and certainly not with the first sip from the cup, but with the packaging and what's inside. It's my belief that the producer of any K – Cup is actively engaged in setting the tone, mood if you will, for that first taste long before you put the cup to your lips. It's not hard to fathom that for some people, maybe most people, the type of bean, type of roast, description, and name not only influence our decision to purchase, but start us on an anticipatory journey. So, as a result of the description of the blend, "This light coffee has citrus tones of tangy liveliness balanced with mellow, sweet, nutty undertones and delicate, floral high notes" coupled with its given name "Daybreak Morning Blend Coffee" all had me in a sitting on the deck, watching the sun come up, listening to the birds, and enjoying a good cup of coffee. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to the dream . . . I wouldn't make this my morning cup, and certainly wouldn't drink it throughout the day. As always, happy drinking!
