I used to buy this regularly, but I'm done. Nice mix of veggies is now 75% carrots, a few pieces of broccoli and snow peas, and hard stems you've got to be careful you don't choke on. Seriously. The quality control is terrible.

Waited and waited for this to be back ion stock. It was so yummy before, but now it's not. It was mostly just a bag of shredded carrots. There wasn't any sugar snap peas, mushrooms, water chestnuts or baby corn.

April 2023, I have been using these bagged vegetables for several years. As of late the quality has drastically declined. A large portion of the bags are now just carrots.

This mix is nothing like it is pictured on the packaging. I've now gone thru 3 bags. LOTS of carrots, broccoli with a lot of stems, snap peas are chopped up instead of whole, 5 corn cobs out of 3 bags, 2 or 3 pieces of mushroom bits instead of slices. Did I mention LOTS of carrots? Also lots of water, I guess to pump up the weight. I stir fry them and get a puddle of water in the bottom of my wok that I have to empty to avoid steaming the veggies. I will not be buying these again.

The quality of the frozen vegetables was good. I just wish there were less shredded carrots and more watercress and corn. When carrots or broccoli are included in mix vegetables there is always too much. I had to remove some of the carrots when cooking.

The packaging is misleading. It's 90% carrots and 10% everything else(if that). Two tiny baby corns in each package, almost no mushrooms, a few snap peas, an ok amount of water chestnuts. Very watery. My issue with food containing mostly carrots is it makes every thing tastes like carrots. I would have given 3 stars, because we have found we like it okay cooked it with a package of the lo mein we buy at Sams and it does taste okay, but being mostly carrots, it's not worth the price. But it can be okay added to something else just know....it's mostly carrots.
