Five generous bags of veggies. I use only half a bag at a time so I would prefer smaller bags. Still a great value and a way to keep veggies in the freezer.

I like the fact that they are individual servings in steam microwave bags. mostly carrots not enough variety No mushrooms very little greens. only 2 bites of mini corn.

Better quality stir fry vegs. Except during economic downturn when veg distributors start cheapening ingredients (like more carrots, and including older peas that are tough and stringy).

Fast and easy to prepare, and great way to get your daily vegetables. Delicious with blackened salmon, or alone with rice or noodles. We cook them on the grill in a cast iron skillet.

A lot of carrots and broccoli

Convenient for two people. I added shrimp. Only had one slice of mushroom, one piece of a corn not a whole mini corn just a piece of one, 3 peas the rest was carrot.

There's a reason why this is so cheap. You get what you pay for. Mostly shredded carrots and some broccoli, a little pepper, a few water chestnuts and one chopped chunk of a corn nub. So sad!

Too many carrots

This is the second bag of frozen veggies (the other was just a mix), that I have gotten small wood chips mixed in with the veggies. It's unpleasant, but also I'd been pureeing the mix to give to my infant who just entered the solid food phase, and this is dangerous for him. Last year Sam's did right by us and refunded our money, but honestly that's little comfort knowing that, a year later, they still haven't fixed whatever the issue is that's putting wood chips into their frozen vegetable bags.
