Not too strong of a smell, has a very light scent. Made my baby's skin smoother and caused his eczema to not be as bad, with fewer flare ups too. Can get a little expensive though, but almost any eczema product will be a bit pricey.

this definitely gets rid of eczema patches quick!! we only use when we need a TON of moisture because this lotion is super thick and i don't love the smell. but it definitely gets the job done!
