My son has eczema flare ups and this has always helped to moisturize and calm them some. The texture isn't super heavy or greasy and goes on his skin well. There is a very light scent and is not overbearing.

this definitely gets rid of eczema patches quick!! we only use when we need a TON of moisture because this lotion is super thick and i don't love the smell. but it definitely gets the job done!
