My baby stuffers from eczema and this cream does exactly what its supposed to. Always use if after her bath and keeps her skin perfect. I use it as well for my hands and just love it.

My daughter luckily suffers from only a mild case of eczema, so I only use this lotion on her legs and upper arms every so often, as a supplement to the Aveeno Daily Moisturizing lotion. It is expensive, but it works - so it is worth it.
