Yes this is meant for babies. Yes I am a fully grown woman who still uses it. I had an emergency and only had my nephew' Aveeno Eczema Therapy Cream to use. I have eczema myself and really needed a good moisturizer for my face. This killed two birds with one stone. I love it. I use it day and night and my skin is so soft. It works well when I have my flare ups as well. The itchiness is taken care of without the need for steroids. There isn't much of a fragrance. It just smells sort of natural. I buy the large bottle so I always have it on hand. Can't live without it.

My toddler has had intense eczema flair ups since birth! We started using aveeno baby eczema therapy within his first couple of flair ups! Seemed to soothe his irritation and skin and overall made him a happier and hopefully comfier little guy! He has them less often now but I still like to keep a bottle nearby just in case

My daughter has super dry skin and gets these patches of dryness and this works as soon as I put it on her! She's a little mixed baby so we put lotion on everyday if not more than 2 times and her skin is amazing!! The scent isn't really strong but I think it smells okay!

Love the aveeno brands children's products. This really helped soothe and get rid of my daughters eczema very fast. My daughter has a prescription cream when needed from her doctor for her eczema, but using this daily prevented about 90% of the need for it.

I love Aveeno moisturizing cream. I used this when my sons were babies. They had eczema. This worked really well for them! It smells very clean and refreshing. I highly recommend this product for anyone with skin problems especially if ur skin is very dry. Aveeno is a great product to use for eczema or any time your skin is chapped or dry.

I had used this on my oldest son when he was really little because he had bad eczema and it seemed to really help him and once I stopped using it on him I had some left so I gave it to my father who also has skin sensitivities and he was also able to use it and it helped him.

Worked great for my itchy toddler! He isn't a fan of lotion but this went on smoothly and blended into his skin quickly. Not scented and doesn't irritate his skin at all. Nice convenient pump to get the lotion out with one hand while you wrangle your kid with your other. Will definitely purchase again.

I bought this when my daughter was much smaller and have continued to use it. It's affordable, fragrance free & it's almost got a balmy feel after it's on the skin which I really enjoy. It's almost like I can feel the moisture being locked in on her skin even the next morning (we usually use it at night, after baths).

This may be labelled for babies but this is the only cream to help my partners eczema, he gets it so bad his skin is raw from scratching and this has worked wonders for him. It doesn't have much of a smell which is a bonus and it goes on the skin lovely.
