I had used this on my oldest son when he was really little because he had bad eczema and it seemed to really help him and once I stopped using it on him I had some left so I gave it to my father who also has skin sensitivities and he was also able to use it and it helped him.

My poor 3 year old daughter would cry from her drypatches on her leg and we tried other lotions,oils even petroleum jelly..NOTHING could soothe her..This product has wiped away her tears AND her dry patches!! She now says.."mommy.. let me put lotion on meself!!"!!.....thank you so much AVEENO for helping us enjoy bathtime again!!!

Aveeno Baby Eczema Therapy Moisturizing Cream is marketed as a gentle, soothing solution for babies with eczema, but unfortunately, it does not live up to the claims. Despite its oat-based formula and supposed dermatologist recommendations, it fails to provide any noticeable relief from dryness, itching, or irritation. The cream is thick but doesn’t absorb well, leaving a greasy residue without actually improving the skin condition. Even with consistent use, there is little to no difference in eczema symptoms, making it a disappointing and ineffective choice for parents seeking real relief for their baby’s skin.

I love the way this works. My godson was born in Alaska which is very cold and dry. So it would itch all the time. Ge would scratch so bad he would get sores. My mom recommended the aveno products since my brother had the same issue. We got the bath and lotion. With in a week you couldnt even tell. That's why I love this. When my baby is born in July I plan to use these same products as well.

With the cold and dry air this winter my son's eczema flared up worse than ever. After about a week of use, his skin was back to it's normal softness and he was not scratching! I would definitely recommend this and will keep an adequate supply on hand!

This product is absolutely AMAZING! I have tried just about everything for my daughters red, patchy skin. This is the ONLY thing that worked. I saw great improvement after the very next day and within 2-3 days it was gone. To the reviewer who said it didn't work at all...maybe your child doesn't have eczema or maybe you shouldn't go back and forth between products. Using many different products can actually confuse you on the sole cause of irritation. One of the products may just be making the problem worse. Anyway...amazing product and a great price compared to the others I've bought!

I want tonstart with, I didn't know what Eczema was, till I had My second daughter :( And our Dr. Recommended me to buy this Awesome product, I read bad comments, about it but I can tell you One thing, not everybody's skin it's the same, and This product definitely works for my bby, and We love it, it makes her skin so much softer and Doesn't get rashes at all.

In the winter, my skin and my son's skin is dry and itchy with atopic eczema, so I researched and used many products. Aveeno was the last choice. I bought 2 types, both moisturizer and specialized line for eczema, packaged in The package is simple and easy to use. Intended for use on babies, so odorless is my priority. Overall, I quite like it.

Love this lotion for my baby! It feels amazing on her skin and does not cause a reaction at all. Even when she does have a slight flare up it helps soothe her skin and writhing a day or two the rash has settled and her skin is back to being smooth. Does not have a strong Fragrance either.
