My son had mild eczema when he was born and this lotion helped his skin stay moisturized and didn't irritate his skin further. He kind grew out of having eczema now that he is almost 2 but I still use this lotion now, I definitely recommend the whole Baby Aveeno line!!

This is an excellent product to help resolve my son's eczema at home! To be fair, his eczema is not incredibly severe, but any time his skin gets rough, I love the calming effect of the oatmeal and moisture in this lotion on his skin. Overall, I am very pleased with this product and will continue to use it daily to keep my son's eczema in check.

Its a bit pricey honestly I think some of the store brands could achieve the same affect for a lot less.  This along with the bath packets seemed to calm down the inflammation for awhile causing the itching to subside.  If money wasn't a concern then I would recommend it cause it does help.    

This has been the best cream for my daughter's eczema, goes on smooth and doesn't stay white like some products do. The scent is great it actually smells pretty good, just think the ingredients are great because my daughter has sensitive skin like me and this worked great without any problems.

Aveeno baby for eczema lotion, is all I will use on my little ones face and neck. He has really sensitive skin and gets patches of eczema on his face and around his hairline. Other brands irritate his eczema worse, but not the Aveeno. This lotion is very light and natural smelling, the formula is nice and thick and creamy, and rubs into baby skin very easily. I love that it hydrates my toddler skin but also helps his eczema without making it worse.

Love this moistening lotion for my toddler who suffers from eczema. I put this in his legs at night and he wakes up with smoother, moisturized skin in the morning. Easy to apply and not greasy. No scent which is nice too. It doesn't heal the eczema but it does help keep it moisturized.

Both sides of my babies face were red and he was scratching so much that his cheeks were bloody and scabby. I used hydrocortisone and this. He stopped scratching almost immediately and though the pediatrician told me it was eczema and incurable, my sweet baby cleared up within a week! Occasionally his skin will begin to get red, but I put this duo on and it's back to normal within hours. This stuff is truly a miracle!
