Great lotion for extra dry skin and baby eczema. Both of my children had issues with excessively dry skin and eczema and this lotion was one of the few that brought relief. Aveeno Baby Eczema cream would completely soften and renew their skin over night. Highly recommended for severe dry skin.

I felt like this lotion was a good moisturizer but didn't really offer anything extra when it came to soothing eczema. When my child's eczema wasn't flared this worked well for an every day moisturizer and is definitely good for sensitive skin, but if it was flared up I had to use something extra other than this to get it under control. So it's good for maintenance but not eczema flares.

Love this moistening lotion for my toddler who suffers from eczema. I put this in his legs at night and he wakes up with smoother, moisturized skin in the morning. Easy to apply and not greasy. No scent which is nice too. It doesn't heal the eczema but it does help keep it moisturized.

I especially appreciate that the formula contains panthenol, which supports skin regeneration. I didn't look closely at the other ingredients, but it's great that it doesn't irritate even very sensitive baby skin. I had the single-use tube packaging, which is fine, but a pump dispenser would be much more convenient, especially when you're in a rush and have only one hand free. Overall, I'm very happy with this cream and would definitely recommend it to other parents. It's a great product for daily care if your child has eczema or very dry skin.

My son has genetic ezcema. He started getting rings of dryness which made me really nervous. I was really nervous to try out any lotion but everyone recommended Aveeno so I gave it a shot. And let me tell you! This works! After like one use it just made him so much moist. Love it.
