The item was smaller than I thought I should have paid more attention to the measurements given

Item was far smaller than it appeared in the ad. There was no mention of actual size in the ad. Wife was disappointed with how tiny the pendant was and we returned it at the store in Jacksonville.

Beautiful with great quality. Everyone wanted one when they saw it.

This necklace was half of the size shown in the flyer! I was very disappointed in it. You could have shown the actual size!

I have only had this for a few weeks and the clasp broke off and I nearly lost the pendant. Plan to return it. Disappointed.

Very fragile and broke when putting on. Trying to return but difficult. Can't return to jewelry to local store .

I purchased this necklace for my 63rd birthday. The size is for a child and the clasp is so small that you may break it trying to fasten it. I'm very disappointed. The picture is magnified which I expected, but not that much. The size of the charm is extremely small.

It was smaller than I expected. I was a little disappointed.

The item was smaller than a charm bracelet

Very small. Child size, more appropriate for a bracelet
