I used it for 5 days morning and night. I was able to sleep with out waking up trying to breath every 30 min which helped me sleep. The day time made me feel better and I did not feel like I was lagging. I was able to go to work and not take time off. It tasted great I had no issues with either Theraflu. I totally recommend this for anyone.

One for daytime cold symptoms and one for nighttime symptoms all in one box. Theraflu is the best remedy for colds and I've used their products many times. This box however is the best of both worlds. The drinkable tea medicine goes down smoothly and soothes a sore throat as well as hydrating. Works fast to help cold and flu symptoms. Definitely my new go-to medicine. Highly recommended.

It has both nighttime and daytime packets, and I love how much faster the medication kicks in when I take it this way. I seem to catch colds alot during flu season and I have 3 kids to run after all day, so I need medication that works well and works fast. Theraflu is perfect for that. I can drink a nice warm cup of Theraflu in the morning, if I wake up feeling under the weather and it starts to alleviate my symptoms within minutes and doesn't make me the leat bit drowsy. The flavor is actually really good, it tastes like I'm drinking a cup of sweetened tea. And if I'm still feeling sick at night I can drink a cup of Theraflu, and not only is the drink warm and soothing, but the medication helps me fall asleep fast, and keeps the symptoms at bay until the morning. It does a great job at getting rid of my post nasal drip symptoms and works particularly well for any cough I might have. This is definitely a must have during the fall and winter months.

The taste isn't too bad and I like that both the day and night versions are flavored with honey and tea. I appreciate that it helps to relieve several different symptoms that come with colds and flu. I used the day time, it took my congestion away, my sore throat was still there a little. But the worst part was the taste. I was not a fan. It's not the worst thing I've ever drank, but not the best. But I'll use it again since it worked .

This is very helpful. Having a house of 5. You never know when a cold will hit. Within a couple hours of using I started feeling better. The night time is warm and it help me fall asleep and I did pretty good sleeping through the night. I can't believe it took as many years as it has for me to try Theraflu.
