My wife got sick right after I got better, of course... she took this as part of her daily regiment and she seemed to have reduced coughing then I did and was definitely able to to sleep better during the early stages of the Flu then I was. Plus she is more of a tea drinker so she could casually drink this as I was more of a slam it down because I am not much of a tea drinker. It helps keep your symptoms more under control so they don't get away from you. I was able to sleep better than when using some other "night time" remedies.

I like that there's a combo box targeting multi-symptom severe cold and a nighttime severe cold & cough. Both are exactly what I needed to tackle and manage my symptoms. The powder formula dissolves in a glass of hot water and sip your symptoms away. I have used lots of cold medicines in the past but none have worked as good as Theraflu. It worked really well, way better than me picking random medicines to ease my symptoms. I like the value pack, saves me from having to pick up multiples. Both the day and night calmed my awful cough and made it more productive, before my throat was dry and it hurt my throat to cough. I've tried a product similar to this and it was the cold and flu. The taste of the night time cold and flu was not very good, it was hard to drink it all. This theraflu cold and cough night time is a lot better tasting and helps you fall asleep quicker and stay asleep.

They are super easy to use, dissolve quick, and I love having the option of both products. I drink tea often when I'm not feeling well so combining tea with medicine is perfect for me. Since it's liquid the relief is quick and warming. My only complaint is that they contain phenylketonurics- I wish there was a better sweetener alternative being used or I could just add my own honey. Over all, very powerful and quick relief.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Therafu for a while now. Its nice to use when you get a cold in the cold because its tea so you stay warm while getting medicine. I dont typically use during warmer months. It does feel good on a sore throat. I like the day time flavor I do not care for the night time flavor in this box. There are other flavors that are better in my opinion. This product does work. Each day I drank the tea I would gradually feel better.
