The night time sever cold & cough formula is also great to help me get the rest I need. It's soothing and comforting with a great honey lemon, chamomile green tea flavor. My wife got sick right after I got better, of course... she took this as part of her daily regiment and she seemed to have reduced coughing then I did and was definitely able to to sleep better during the early stages of the Flu then I was. Plus she is more of a tea drinker so she could casually drink this as I was more of a slam it down because I am not much of a tea drinker. It helps keep your symptoms more under control so they don't get away from you. I was able to sleep better than when using some other "night time" remedies.

It relieved my symptoms from the constant pounding and flu symptoms at night and helped me to press on during the day. I was very surprised with how quickly the powder worked and the taste is way better then taking medicine. I can't swallow pills and capsules so this is a game changer.
