Not sure what “tear free” is supposed to mean but this burns my toddler’s eyes bad.

It was very effective when we used for our kids. Budget friendly it is fragrance free. Bottle contents are written outside. It has Nice packaging.

I use this for my kids and it’s a great shampoo/ body wash. For long fine hair you definitely need a conditioner or detangler but has a light scent.
