Sunflower oil seems hard to find, especially at a reasonable price. Although this was apparently a short-time offering, it was a good find.

Read the label carefully. It’s only 20% olive oil. I think the label is a bit deceptive, they need to put the “olive oil” in much smaller font.

Always have made homemade mayo. This oil is will jot let me do it. Had to go back to pure olive oil. I have no idea why but my mayo breaks Everytime. Will be returning.

Impressed by the fact that this oil doesn't seem to absorb into foods when used for frying. I fried tortillas. They came out fresh tasting and crisp. The amazing thing was that when I finished, almost all the oil was still in the pan. Virtually none got absorbed into the tortillas. I can use less to achieve the same results.
