Good Healthy Combination

This sunflower and olive oil combination is perfect to cook with and also to drizzle over your favorite salad. It is light, and the taste is No different than original plane olive oil. I also recommend using this olive oil combination with any type of cooking and also to fry fish chicken or event french fries for a healthier option on oil.

Great price for a healthy oil choice

I bought this as an alternative to refined olive oil for pan frying. I am very satisfied with its light flavor and healthy content ( high oleic sunflower oil and extra virgin olive oil )

Move over plain Oil, a top shelf item has arrived.

I have been using this for dipping bread with Parmesan cheese and it is a very unique taste, but very good. I intend to use it for other dishes, such as pasta and other selections that I have not experimented with it yet. This is a major successful item under the Member's Mark label.

Amazing Oil

The sunflower / olive oil combination tends to not absorb into the food like vegetable oil and corn oil will do. I was able to cook 40 palm-sized salmon patties in 1/2 inch of oil in an iron skillet without having to replenish the oil. So, for those who are not avid oil users for frying food, this is definitely the oil to use. The oil did slightly darken. The expiration date was a year and a half away making it a plus for those who do not regularly use oil.

Awesome EVOO substitute!

Great cooking oil! This is a great substitute for extra virgin olive oil— less sodium which is important for us from a health perspective. We have used it in cooking and baking and it has no overbearing taste.

Good and beneficial for health.

I was skeptical at first because I've never used sunflower oil, but I tried it. It is just as good as regular olive oil. There is no sunflower taste and the food is cooking well. I even read that sunflower oil is actually good for your health, so a win win.

Sunflower and Olive Oil, members mark

This oil is smooth, great for cooking and overall a good product. I like the taste when used for baking (see photos of baked veggies) and it also tastes great for baking cakes. The texture is smooth, the taste is good overall, and it does not burn which is a plus for me.

Limited availability

I have always purchased my olive oil from Sam's Club. I bought the 3 Liter that was selling for $19.99. No problems here. But then the price started to rise almost weekly. It now sells for $29.98. So I stopped buying it. Unaffordable. Then on a shopping trip I found in the oil isle, this Sunflower/oilve oil blend. It has only 20% olive oil. But that being said, it is pretty good. Just as important for me, it only sells for $14.98 per 3 Liter bottle. It blends well with apple cider vinegar and easily mixes in salads. A taste test will show the lack of olive oil. It is there but barely. But again I feel that this is a suitable substitute and affordable. Here is the real problem. About 1 month later I went back to Sam's to purchase another bottle. Guess what. Not available in store due to limited time availability. I went on line and found it available, on line only , for the same price. Placed an order for 4 bottles. Not sure how long this will be available on line with Sam's Club. This is a good tasting, suitable substitute, and I recommend this oil.
